ASI-PGT offers a single source capability which provides to clients a real cost effectiveness as well as in house controls. ASI Limited and PGT have over 1.3 million square feet of manufacturing facilities located in IN, FL, and NC. Our innovative approach allows us to be versatile to meet any design or production challenges. Our fabrication facilities are equipped with: 1. CNC Machines 2. Specialized Machining Centers 3. Automatic Saws 4. Semi – Automatic Erdman Sealant Applicators 5. (2) Horizontal tempering lines 6. (4) Laminating glass autoclaves 7. (3) Semi- automatic insulated glass lines 8. In house testing facilites PGT has been producing IG Units for over 10 years in the marketplace and has operated glass plants both (tempering and laminating) since 2001. PGT has been approved and certified by the IGCC Council to produce IG TriSeal super spacer units by Edgetech for the University of Kentucky - New Patient Care Facility, view the Certification attachment below.
