| Production Begins on Phase 1 of MET2 Project |

| Production of Phase 1 has begun |
The ASI/PGT joint venture has begun production on the first of four phases of the MET2 project. The first phase of this project consists of 131 two-story units that are about 5 feet wide and 20 feet tall. Phase two is scheduled to begin production in November. Phase three will begin in April of 2009 and the final phase is scheduled to begin production in December of 2009.
